Overview
Jerry Seinfeld, a neurotic stand-up comedian with a Superman obsession, and his three closest friends, all thirty-somethings, navigate life, jobs and dating in 1990s New York City. Elaine, his ex-girlfriend, works in publishing and dates a string of unsuitable men. His best friend George is something of a loser who spends a long stretch of time unemployed and living with his parents and lies often and badly. Kramer, Jerry's next-door neighbor, somehow manages to move blithely through life despite never actually holding down a real job and consistently coming up with outlandish moneymaking schemes that usually backfire spectacularly.
